Our School and Sports Club Fundraising Programme
A number of us at Buzz have kids at school so we understand the
huge fundraising pressure schools are under. That's why we enable
people to nominate their school to receive their
contribution.
We're also involved in fundraising for sports clubs, so you can
also nominate your sports club as your fundraising option.
After signing up, each survey that is completed by a member of
your school or club network triggers a minimum of $1 to go
into that school or club fundraising pool.
Every time the school or club gets $50 in its account we send them
a cheque for $50.
This programme works best when there are at least 20-30 people
who have nominated a school or club, so we have a couple of
suggestions to help get people signed up:
1. You can set up a Join Up button right on your school or club
website, and when people sign up this way, they are automatically
flagged as your fundraiser (they dont even see the other
options).
2. Ask for our newsletter wording, that you can drop into your
newsletter as a simple explaination of how our
fundraising works.
3. All the NZ schools are automatically listed in our Join Up
survey, but you need to pre-register your sports club, before
asking supporters to sign up.

Our Buzz Charity Programme
When you choose to support a Buzz Charity, you can nominate any
NZ charity. Below are some of the charities that are currently
receiving regular donations from our panel. When you complete a
Research Survey for us we'll put a minimum of $1 into the Charity
you have chosen.
Our charity donations have become a significant amount so by
choosing to make a charity donation you can be assured of making a
real difference. We update our members regularly on how much the
charities have earned through this Buzz fundraising.
